About the General Fund

Contributions to the Foundation's Annual Giving Campaign support the Foundation's General Fund. This fund underwrites the research, scholarship, clinical achievement, and special project programs of the Foundation. General Fund donations are essential to sustain the current core programs vital to the field of communication sciences. Simply put, the funding awards conferred in November of each year would not be possible without this type of annual donor support.

Donations to the Annual Giving Campaign can also be restricted to use for one of the Foundation's endowment funds.

The ASHFoundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the regulations of the Internal Revenue Service. All contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.
