ASHFoundation Steer Supported I: Global Perspectives on Models of Dysphagia Clinical Training Across the Lifespan (1:00 – 2:00 PM)

This one-hour oral seminar at the ASHA Convention in Boston is supported by the ASHFoundation through its endowed Max D. and Ruth Steer Fund, which supports sessions offering global perspectives on cutting-edge research in CSD. Session topics will include models of clinical training for care of dysphagia populations across the lifespan and various service delivery settings from across the world. Panel members will share clinical training frameworks implemented in their respective countries and settings including strategies for implementation of cultural inclusiveness and reduced healthcare disparities.
